GSM stands for Grams per Square Meter. It is the weight of the fabric if you take a sheet of material which is one meter by one meter square and weigh it in grams.
Ring-Spun Cotton
Ring-spun cotton is made by twisting cotton fibers tightly, creating longer, stronger strands that are soft, resilient, and more durable than regular cotton.
The process results in fabric that is up to 30% stronger than regular cotton while being softer and more comfortable. The continuous twisting process produces longer, finer yarn, creating a softer, smoother, and more luxurious material that holds colors well and has anti-pilling properties.
Double-Needle Stitching
Double-needle stitching creates stronger, more durable seams that resist tearing and provide a professional finish.
This construction method uses two parallel lines of stitching, which distributes stress more evenly across the seam and prevents single points of failure that can lead to garment damage during wear and washing.
Rib Collars

Cotton Heritage MC1086
All 220 GSM shirts use a higher quality printing process so please bear in mind the printing time will take a few days longer compared to 153 GSM and 180 GSM.
Also the Black variant is 100% combed ring-spun cotton whereas the Charcoal Heather variant is 60% cotton/40% polyester.
